    Ruth N. Neeley, 70, a homemaker, died Monday, Aug. 12, at Titusville Nursing and Convalescent Center. Mrs. Neeley was born in Winston-Salem, N.C. She came to Brevard County in 1982 from Welaka. Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Ruth Hemmings of Cocoa and Althea Rae Sine of Port St. John; son, Perry Hemmings of Bloomington, Ill,; sister, Beulah Colter of Winston-Salem; brother Horace Nance of Burlington, N.C., and Jack Nancy of Winston-Salem; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. Graveside services, handled by Vogler Funeral Hom, will be in Winston-Salem. Brevard Memorial Funeral home in Frontenac is in charge of local arrangements.
