  Obituary	Linda Lee South, 56, a Paradise resident since 1992 who was admired for her abilities and her friendly demeanor, died Jan. 5. She had many friends in Paradise who thought of her as a "classy lady." She worked in Paradise as office manager for Dr. Doug Schnepper. After his death, she was instrumental in the entry of Ron Wilson, DDS, and continued her employment there for 11 years until her illness. She always thought of others before herself, and she loved her home and garden. She was very generous with her friends and family. She was born in San Mateo to parents Frank and Isabel Edmonds. She attended school there, and after graduating from high school, she entered dental school. She received high marks and began work as a dental assistant after graduation. She is survived by husband, Gary South; son, Robert South; parents, Frank and Isabel Edmonds; brother, Gary, and his wife Kelly of La Porte, Ind., great-nephew James Purdie of Sinclair of Findlay, Ohio, and several relatives in England and Ireland. Services will be held today at 1 p.m. at First Christian Church in Paradise. Arrangements were handled by Rose Chapel Mortuary.
